Girls Field Hockey beat El Capitan yesterday in shootouts 3-1.  The game ended up tied 1-1 with Marissa Fornaca scoring the Sultans lone goal in regular time.  Playing great defense the entire game the Sultans had some chances in Overtime to break the 1-1 tie but came up short.  The Sultans ended up winning in shootouts 3-1 with Emma Legget scoring the game winning goal. The victory ended the season series with El Capitan as a split (1-1) as the first meeting between the teams went to overtime and was also decided in shootouts.  Great job girls on a hard fought victory!
