The Lady Sultans won their final game of the Season on Senior Night beating Valhalla High School 6-1.  The Sultans scored first and often building a 4-1 lead at half and scoring two more goals in the second half.  As for Senior Night Santana honored its four senior athletes after the game.  Overall an amazing

The Girls Field Hockey team has an overall record of 9-8 on the season.  In Grossmont League play the Lady Sultans are 5-2 overall with 3 games left on the season.  With a few more wins to end the season the girls should qualify for the D2 CIF playoffs.

Girls Field Hockey is now 3-4 overall on the season with two non-league games left before league play begins.  The girls have been playing very strong competitive hockey as of late.  The Lady Sultans beat Mira Mesa High School 4-3 with the game winning goal coming late in the game for Santana breaking up the

Field Hockey won their first home game last night in a very close match beating Otay Ranch High School 1-0.  The JV Girls competed but lost 2-0.  The Lady Sultans will travel up to the North County to play Mission Hills tomorrow with the Varsity starting at 3:15pm and JV at 4:30pm.

If you are an incoming freshman girl there is still plenty of room to add girls to our Varsity and JV Field Hockey program.  Field Hockey started their tryouts on Monday 8/5 and will still take any girl interested in trying out.  If interested in playing Field Hockey please contact Coach Lucero ASAP. Fall Sports began today.  Please look at the start times of all the fall sports and contact the coaches if you need any information.  Reminder all athletes must be cleared from our finance office and have a physical good for one year to tryout for any sport.
